Travels

The Messenger of Peace traveled the country for 50 years. Thanks to the in depth research compiled by Norman and Wilma Taylor, an extensive travelog has been assembled. Reproduced here with permission, the attached portable document format file includes all communities car 5 is known to have visited.

From Novinger, MO to Thurmond, WV to North Bend, WA to Portola, CA the Messenger of Peace was a mobile church that could easily move quickly from one community to the next. The Colporters who prior to this time had relied on bicycles to move from one community to the next surely thought they'd never had it so good!
